Starting with Frisco and a matcha and bagel sandwich from @rockymountaincoffeeroasters ☕️

Wishful thinking made me think I’d get to try @sweetcoloradough 🍩😩 but it’s ok because we ended up at @glenwoodhotsprings instead 💦

I wish I had time to drive my Jeep Wrangler up to Crystal Mill but to save time we got dinner at @slowgroovin_bbq and continued the rest of the drive to Telluride! 😋

The Telluride Via Ferrata gave me some of the most incredible views I’ve ever seen… and some of the most humbling moments too 🧗‍♀️🏔️

I’m just going to say it: I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I love 😅

Okay, to be less dramatic.. I probably wouldn’t recommend this to beginner climbers.

If heights make you nervous, prepare for your legs to feel like they don’t want to move forward a single step more at least once!

But if you’re an experienced climber or someone who genuinely enjoys exposure and technical routes, I can absolutely see why this would be such a thrill ✨

For me? Equal parts awe, adrenaline, and questioning my life choices 😅

Still… those views over Telluride were hard to beat.

I’m usually the type who always wants to try somewhere new while traveling ✨ so going back to the same coffee shop two days in a row says a lot!

Between the matcha, chai and two different breakfast sandwiches.. I had to keep testing the menu 🤤 and truly, Coffee Cowboy didn’t miss.

Whether you’re fueling up before a hike, warming up after an alpine adventure or just wandering Telluride’s streets, this spot is worth the stop.

Suspension bridges, cliffside traverses, and unreal views of the San Juan Mountains 🤯 This is easily one of the most unique ways to experience Colorado.

Equal parts thrilling and breathtaking, the Ouray Via Ferrata will push you outside your comfort zone in the best way (:
